~Rich & Jan Malin~
Bob and Lydia Cessna have 3 daughters; Brandie and Bobbie Jo, both residing in South Carolina, and Liz Brunswick who resides in Pittsburgh. Bob and Lydia also have 2 grandchildren, Jocelyn and Chase.
Bob has been a boater all of his life with his family and then Lydia joined him with the love for boating in 1995. Together they own a 1977 Pluckebaum Baymaster, a 2005 Baja, a 2010 Inflatable and 2 kayaks. If you ask the Cessna's what they enjoy the most, it would be that they love living on their Pluckebaum all year round. Bob and Lydia's favorite boating experiences consist of: Pine Run Annual Party, which they took that trip many times with Tommy & Connie Elosser, Schenley Lobster Fest and weekends at Murphy's Island. Lydia loves the 3-4 hour long trips but does not care to go through the locks!
The Cessna's have made life-long friends on K Dock and throughout the marina. "Boaters are the best"!
Advice to NEW Boaters from Bob & Lydia: Learn to drive your boat, learn to be courteous to other boaters and obey the No Wake requests. Introduce yourself to people on your dock.
Why do you Dock at Fox Chapel Marine?
It's the best marina on the river! We love being on K Dock, which is away from all but as close to everything as we want to be. The grounds are kept up, the pool is fabulous, the Baja Bar & Grill is exactly what it needs to be and having Allegheny River Health Club on site is super

Why do you dock at Fox Chapel Marine? I have been docked at several marinas over the years. None of them have the amenities equal to Fox Chapel. The staff and all of the employees are all very professional and friendly. They know most of the boaters by name. They treat the boaters with respect and most of all, they appreciate their customers. It says a lot when the marina has events like Red Sweater Day and Marina Day. This sends a clear message to me that they care about me and my business. Fox Chapel Yacht Club is a very prestigious marina. When people ask where I keep my boat and I tell them Fox Chapel, they are impressed. The grounds are just beautiful and well maintained. It makes me proud to be a part of the marina.
